Our society is stronger when workers find good, meaningful jobs. Good jobs are created by community leaders who steward economic and social capital for the common good. Our programs are designed for building up leaders and entrepreneurs, strengthening organizations that create and sustain good jobs, leading to a more economically vibrant region here on the Central Coast. It’s our dream to see 1,000 good jobs created over 10 years, and we’re well on our way!
